Thai Cooking

meine Lehrerin in Koh Chang

so sieht ein Originalrezept aus:

Phad Thai

Phad Thai sauce (for 2 persons)

1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons tamarind sauce
2 tablespoons chilli sauce

2 tablespoons tofu
1 teaspoon pound dried shrimps
2 teaspoons chopped pickled white radish
Fresh shrimps or chicken
1 egg
Rice noodle or vermicelli
3-5 Tablespoons Phad Thai sauce
¼ cup Chinese Chives
½ cup bean spout

How to cook

1. Heat vegetable oil until hot, add chopped shallot fry until start smelling
2. Add tofu, dried shrimp and pickled white radish
3. Add fresh shrimps cook until done and set a side
4. Add 1 beaten egg, move the all of ingredients on
5. Add a handful of rice noodle and vermicelli noodle
6. Add 3-4 tablespoons Pad Thai sauce and mix everything well
7. Add some chilli powder
8. Add bean sprouts and Chinese chives mix everything well
9. Serve with a lime piece, crushed peanuts, fresh Chinese Chives and bean sprouts

Was hältst denn Du davon?
